Thumbay Group Hospitality Division Expands, Body & Soul Health Club & Spa opens in Al Qasba Sharjah

Hospitality Division of the Thumbay Group Which Includes Body & Soul Health Club & Spa, Blends & Brews Coffee Shoppe & Terrace Restaurant opens its branch Body & Soul Health Club & Spa branch in Al Qasba, Sharjah an International Leisure Company dedicated to the pursuit of improved well being and lifestyle. It is the latest health club in line of expansion of Thumbay Group with the multi-facilities, which is on par with the European standards of health clubs.

As a part of the Body & Soul Health Club & Spa expansion plans, a new branch will soon be established in Dubai.  And in line of the expansion plan it will open up 5 more Health Clubs in UAE and Several in the GCC Countries and International Locations also will introduce Body & Soul furnished apartments for the staff and the visiting faculties of Gulf Medical University will soon be established and also plans for health resort in India.

The Health Club & Spa, which is first of its kind in Sharjah, is one stop destination offering extensive sports, recreation, fitness, health, social and youth programs.

The Club with ample parking is located on the grounds of the Al Qasba, Sharjah area with very easy access from Dubai, Sharjah City & Northern Emirates. The Health Club & Spa boasts an extensive fitness suite with a view, dance and yoga studios and a ladies only section with a gym and private access to the ladies area.
