Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Centre Conducts Basic Life Support (BLS) Training at Delhi Private School-Sharjah

Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Centre – Sharjah, one of the leading academic hospitals under Thumbay Group conducted a ‘Basic Life Support Training’ for the students of Delhi Private School, Sharjah on 15^th May 2016.

Dr. G Hanumantha Rao, General Practitioner of Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Center  briefed the students about the importance of BLS in saving the life of an individual during life-threatening emergencies like respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest or airway obstruction. He also demonstrated the measures to be followed during the Basic Life Support protocol and the safe evacuation of the patient to the nearby medical center.

More than 300 Students from Delhi Private School attended the Basic Life Support Training, according to Dr. Shaju Philip, Assistant Administrative Director Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Center. The school authorities thanked Thumbay Medical & Dental Specialty Centre Sharjah for conducting the training.
