Thumbay Hospital Fujairah Conducts Medical Screening Camp at ‘International Day for Taxi Drivers’ Event

Thumbay Hospital – Fujairah, the leading academic hospital of Gulf Medical University operated by the healthcare division of Thumbay Group, conducted  a free medical screening camp at the ‘International Day for Taxi Drivers’ event organized by Cars Taxi, on Friday, February 17, 2017.

Thumbay Hospital, one of the medical partners of the event, screened over 700 people out of the 1200+ participants, in addition to supporting the event with two ambulances, three doctors, twelve medical/paramedical staff, as well as the services of ten medical and biomedical students of Gulf Medical University, Ajman.

The event was attended by leading government and private institutions from within and outside Fujairah. It also had the participation of people with disabilities, orphans and families.
