Gulf Medical University and Albatha Healthcare Group Sign Strategic MoU for Academia-Industry Partnership

Ajman, United Arab Emirates: Gulf Medical University (GMU), Ajman, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Albatha Healthcare Group, marking a significant step towards building a strong academia-industry partnership. The collaboration is designed to enhance training, knowledge exchange, and employment opportunities for GMU graduates, aligning with the UAE’s vision of nurturing a skilled and future-ready healthcare workforce.

The agreement covers joint educational training programs, internships, and career placements, with a special focus on pharmacy graduates of GMU’s College of Pharmacy and Thumbay College of Management & AI in Healthcare. The partnership also emphasizes supporting UAE nationals in healthcare professions.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Dr. Thumbay Moideen, Founder President of Thumbay Group, highlighting the university’s ongoing commitment to engaging industry leaders in shaping healthcare education.
