American Heart Association-Accredited course on Heart Saver First Aid, CPR and AED was conducted for the staff of Tender Moments Nursery, Sharjah at the Center for Advanced Simulation in Healthcare – C.A.S.H at Gulf Medical University Ajman on 30th March 2014.
A full day American Heart Association-Accredited course on Heart Saver First Aid, CPR and AED was conducted for the staff of Tender Moments Nursery, Sharjah at the Center for Advanced Simulation In Health care (CASH) at Gulf Medical University Ajman on 30th March 2014. The participants successfully completed the end of course assessments which entitled them as an authorized HSFA provider with an AHA First aid Provider card valid internationally for 2 years.

The course highlights were:
- Students learnt critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.
- Students learnt skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies.
- The course also focused adult CPR, child CPR and AED use.
CASH is an AHA accredited site for providing life support and first aid training courses and regularly conducts AHA accredited courses such as HS First Aid CPR AED Course, BLS and ACLS
