Thumbay group HR department wins the prestigious best talent management practice award

The award was presented during the 6^th Annual MENA HR Excellence Awards held in Dubai as part of 9^th Annual Human Asset Expansion Summit MENA 2014 held on 14^th-15^th May 2014.

The Best Talent Management Practice award was aptly bagged by Thumbay Group UAE for setting standard for innovation and strategy in Talent Management. The precise criteria for this award category was effective employee onboarding, ongoing training and development, coaching, mentoring, assessing and developing leadership capabilities, monitoring and measuring talent management, designing effective compensation and recognition system within the organization. His Excellency Dr. Omar A Al Nuaimi, Assistant Under Secretary of Policies and Strategies Ministry of Labour UAE presented the awards. Mr. Suraj Padmanabhan, Assistant Manager Learning and Development and Mr. Sidhiq Assistant Manager HR Thumbay Group received the award.

The summit connected HR Professionals from leading organizations in the Middle East and North Africa region. Leading HR professionals and organizations were awarded and recognized for excellence for their achievement in the past 12 months.
