Thumbay Moideen featured in top Indian leaders in the Arab World
Forbes Middle East held an exclusive award ceremony and gala dinner in the Godolphin Ballroom, Jumeirah Emirates Towers, to celebrate and acknowledge the Top Indian Leaders in the Arab World. Thumbay Moideen, Founder-President of Thumbay Group was handed over the prestigious award during the ceremony.
Bollywood superstar, Shah Rukh Khan, was the special guest of the evening joining in the celebrations. His Excellency T.P. Seetharam, Ambassador of India to the UAE, also attended the event as guest of honor, along with Boris Collardi, CEO of Julius Baer Group, which partnered with Forbes Middle East on this special occasion.
After receiving the award Mr. Moideen said “such honors and recognition add more responsibility to what we do”. I strongly believe in the adage that ‘In the race for excellence, there is no finish line’. I wish to thank Forbes Middle East for doing the honor. It is also a reflection of the dedicated team effort of our entire organization. I wish to thank the Rulers of this great country who support and encourage us in our endeavors. It is evident from the fact that more than 78% of the Top Leaders and Business owners are based in UAE.

Amongst the highlights of the evening was the unveiling of the latest issue of Forbes Middle East magazine, which includes a comprehensive ranking of inspirational Indians, upon which the evening’s prestigious awards were based.
