GMC Hospital, Ajman in association with Sensodyne Middle East holds two days free Dental Checkup Camp.

In continuation of the  human endeavor to bring about health awareness to the people in the region, the Dental Department of  GMC Hospital, Ajman  in association with Sensodyne Middle East– Dubai organized a free Dental Checkup Camp at GMC Hospital, Ajman between 09.00 am to 09.00 pm on 05th of January, 2012  and from 3.00 pm to 8.00pm on 06th January, 2012.

448 dental patients participated and benefitted from the two day free Dental Checkup Camp.  The GMC Ajman Dental team headed by Dr. Nabeel Safwat Al Nahass, Prosthodontist and Implant Specialist ‘A’, Consult’B’ and  6  Senior Specialist Dental Surgeons, 1 Oral Hygienist  and  para-medical staff carried out the comprehensive dental checkup.

This free dental camp registered the highest number of dental patients as compared to all the previous regular departmental camps held till date.

Out of a total of 448 patients that attended the two days free dental camp on the 05^th & 06^th January, 2012,  50 proceedures have been carried out while 90 new patients availed scaling and polishing besides the regular dental checkup .

With this tremendous success and endearing response from the public, the dental wing of GMC Hospital, Ajman wishes to conduct more such camps to help serve the community in a healthier manner.
