This card is not a credit card and is not transferable.
This card must be produced whenever you avail the service / During billing purpose.
The cardholder can use this card at any of the listed outlets to obtain services. THUMBAY GROUP, however, shall not be responsible if the card is not honored at any of the listed outlets for any reason, whatsoever, nor shall it be responsible in any ways for the services rendered by the listed outlets. Any complaints from the cardholder against such outlets must be resolved by the two parties.
The cardholder will be responsible for the lost, misplaced or damaged card. A replacement card can be issued at a charge of AED 50/-.
Use of the card signifies acceptance by the card holder of the terms & conditions under which the card is used and subject to amendments from time to time by the management of THUMBAY GROUP.
