GMC Hospital Ajman Conducts Rewards & Recognition Performance Awards for Staff

GMC Hospital Ajman, the leading academic hospital owned and operated by Thumbay Group conducted a ‘Rewards & Recognition Performance Awards’ function on Monday, 18^th January 2016 to appreciate outstanding staff members.

Mr. Thumbay Moideen – Founder President of Thumbay Group was the chief guest of the function. Prof. Gita Ashok Raj – Provost of Gulf Medical University, Mr. Akbar Moideen Thumbay – Vice President of the Healthcare Division of Thumbay Group, Dr. Manvir Singh Walia, Administrative Director – Operations, Healthcare Division and members of the administrative team of GMC Hospital were present at the function.

The function honoured doctors, nurses, and staff from administration, paramedical and maintenance wings across 25 departments, who had demonstrated exemplary performances during the past year. Mr. Thumbay Moideen presented the awards to the team members of GMC Hospital, Ajman.

A total of 58 Awards were distributed, which included 5 team awards (for results through teamwork). Award categories included Star Special Thanks, Always Accountable, Will to Win, Passion for Customers, Best SME, Key Contributor Award, Results Through Teamwork, Rising Star (for new employees) and Best Employee of the Quarter.
